Tour Our Airstream Bambi “Goldie”
Welcome to our aribstream bambi 19cb we named “GOLDIE”.
AS YOU WALK IN, YOU’ll find the dinette/convertible bed. I love leaving it set up as a daybed/couch because its the perfect spot to read or play games with our son. The dinette table pops up to crate a dining space.
The bed is Super cozy and has a hidden cubby underneath the bed to house your bedding.
I LOVE LINEN BEDDING FROM PARACHUTE OR THE CITIZENRY, AND CAMP BLANKETS FROM PENDLETON.
The Kitchen features a microwave, propane stove top, sink with Pur water filter, magnetic knife rack, custom backsplash, ample storage and cutting board sink cover.
The hanging macrame fruit basket is great for storing your fresh fruits and veggies.
one of my favorite ways to customize an airstream is with faux tile stickers. There are so many incredible designs available these days, so you can really get creative. Here’s a few of my favourites.
See! How cozy is this little couch setup! Perfect spot to hang out during the day.
The bedroom is the perfect size for a couple, I mean Coyote typically climbs in bed with us every night, which is a tight squeeze, but we make that work too:)
This truly is the coziest spot. Coyote and I love to curl up and watch old movies like The Goonies and The Sandlot here.
Here’s the TV which has a built in DVD player. There’s also a cable tv hookup, two usb ports for charging your phone, and a handy little ledge to set your coffee cup or wine glass:) The TV also detaches and swivels around so you could watch TV from the dinette. And there’s a little curtain divider to the left so you can close off the bedroom if you like.
I INSTALLED FAUX TILES IN THE BATHROOM as well. WITH THE SHAMAN TILE STICKERS. They really helped make the space feel custom and bespoke.
I love the 19CB as opposed to the 16 because IT COMES WITH A SEPARATE FULL STAND-UP SHOWER.
The bathroom features a detachable shower wand, a seat, and a retractable towel hanger.
clever storage solutions are a must. Most of their products collapse for easy storage when not in use. THey’re great for the airstream.

The bathroom also features this cool door that folds in when you’re not in the bathroom, and then out when you’re out of it. So you get more space outside of the bathroom when it’s not in use, and plenty of space inside, when you’re using it.
The Bathroom Vanity is great too because you have a storage medicine cabinet, plus a large storage cabinet under the sink. Next to that is a clothes closet with hanging bar.
This is the pantry. You would be surprised at what fits in here!
And here you can see the divider curtain.
I found cute shower curtains at target, and hooks on amazon. I hung two cotton shower curtains back to back facing outward, so each side shows the design and looks like a custom curtain.
You could also go on etsy, they have really cool macrame curtains too.
The refrigerator is a nice size with a freezer section on top.
And here’s another shot of the bed set up.
Here’s goldie at our favourite campground in Big Sur,
Big Sur Campground & Cabins.
And headed back from Big Sur. The weight is 3600 pounds,
so most V6 engines should be able to tow it.
We love to put Christmas lights on her for the holidays:)
