Strader, has an impressive background pioneering some of the best restaurants in Los Angeles. beginning with wolf in sheep’s clothing, The hart & the Hunter, and going on to create + co-own Michelin Star award winning restaurant, "Hatchet Hall". he then went on to open award-winning pizza shops "Little Coyote". Named after his son, Coyote. His restaurants have consistently graced the Top Restaurants in Los Angeles lists and received glowing reviews by the likes of the late Jonathan Gold and many more. Strader lives to surf, loves wine, and hospitality.

Laura’s background is in the fashion and design industry. In 2015, she created her jewelry brand, Turquoise + Tobacco, and quickly gained a loyal following, gracing the shelves of high-end boutiques worldwide. Her love for interiors ignited when she transformed the couple’s California Spanish Bungalow into an urban oasis, and creating the brand, Blanco Bungalow. The project earned her the role of contributor in Sunset Magazine, features in Dwell, My Domaine, Apartment Therapy and more. She went on to study interior design at Parsons The New School. In every space she touches, she captures the California laid-back style, breathing life, light, and relaxation back into the space. Her dream has always been to have a little farm with guest houses and horses by the sea.

Casa Palo Verde is a spacious rustic 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with a cozy living room with wood burning fireplace, bonus room, full kitchen, dining room, and outdoor patio with bbq, dining table and seating.,

the cowboy casita is a happy little, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom casita with a living room with foldout sofa bed and sunny patio., the bed can be 2 singles or 1 superior king.,
